The holiday season is here, and so are the festivities...from work parties, to family and even a night out with girls (that you rarely see beyond playdates for the wee ones). I finally wore this Fashion Star blouse that Express had purchased last season from one of the up and coming designers, and sadly NBC's last season airing it. There are still a pair of palazzo pants that need to make an appearance, also from NBC's Fashionstar. They're both silk and so they wrinkle so easily!!!! I don't even know why I even bother ironing.
For the work day, add a high waisted pencil skirt. I say high-waisted because one lift of the arm in this blouse and your belly button is on display. A quick switcheroo in the ladies' room into your favorite skinnies or my favorite...Current/Elliott boyfriend jeans and you're all set for those after work drinks with that man or your girls.
